Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe and confident when shopping with us.

Order Confirmation

You will receive your order confirmation within 1–2 days.

Shipping Time

Delivery normally takes 10–14 days within Sweden/EU.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your shoes to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items

  • Items missing original tags

  • Customized or altered products

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest process is:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you are legally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, allowing you to return your order for any reason.
The item must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method
