Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and confirmed within 1–2 days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been registered in our system.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 10–14 days for customers within Sweden/EU.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to carrier delays outside our control.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using DHL Standard shipping.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update once the carrier has received your package.


For Swedish Customers

PostNord Information 

You will receive a PostNord notification when your delivery is less than a week away.
Download the PostNord app and register the same phone number and email used at checkout to get real-time updates.
Shipments usually appear in the app after 5–8 business days.

Alla beställningar skickas med spårbar standardfrakt. Spårningen börjar uppdateras när fraktbolaget scannar paketet, men det kan dröja innan första uppdateringen visas.

När din leverans är mindre än en vecka bort, kommer en notis från PostNord att dyka upp.

För bästa möjliga upplevelse rekommenderar vi att du:

  • laddar ner PostNord-appen

  • registrerar det telefonnummer och den e-postadress du använde vid köpet

  • aktiverar aviseringar

På så sätt får du liveuppdateringar, estimerade leveransdagar och eventuella händelser direkt i appen.

Det tar vanligtvis 5–8 arbetsdagar innan försändelsen syns i PostNord-appen. När den visas där är paketet i regel nära leverans.


Delays & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately.
We will communicate with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional shipping fees may apply.


Customs & Import Fees

  • EU customers: No customs fees apply.

  • International customers: Customs or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by us.

If unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier attempts delivery and the package is not collected or is returned to us due to non-pickup, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery window
